We are a family owned and operated martial arts academy specializing in the arts of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, NoGi/Wrestling, and Judo, serving the community of East San Diego County, for Adults and Children ages 3+. Regardless of your experience level, from first time on the mats to experienced veteran, we meet you where you are and help you to achieve your goals, whether that is to make healthier life choices, lose weight, earn a black belt, find new motivation for your workout routine, or simply to find a place that feels like home with training partners and teammates that feel like family. Come train with us!
We offer a full evening schedule of classes for Kids and Adults. Littles (ages 3-5) 430p, Mids/Bigs (ages 6-12) M-F 515-615p, and Teens/Adults (ages 13-17 teens, 18+ adults) M-F 630-730p, as well as open mat Saturdays 10a-12p.
