Free Sustainable Craft Event — All Ages Welcome!
Join us at San Diego Craft Collective for Fiber Fest, a vibrant celebration of natural textiles and sustainability. This annual event brings together fiber artists, artisans, sustainability advocates, and local farmers to highlight the journey of natural textiles—from sheep to finished fabric—within the Southern California Fibershed.
What You’ll Experience: Live sheep shearing demonstrations, Artist & artisan demos, Fiber arts vendors & more, Interactive crafts for all ages, fun for the whole family!
Special Feature: This year, the San Diego County Spinners will compete in the International Back to Back Wool Challenge—a worldwide race to create a sweater from sheep to wearable garment as fast as possible, all in front of a live audience.
